We got to select the car we wanted at the airport, which I found weird (usually I thought it was assigned). The exact make and model was not available though. The staff member at check-in was extremely helpful. I also liked how all the charges were already paid, and I didnt have to add anything and there were no surprises.

On the day of pickup, we were attended to promptly by another staff member to prevent any delays, considering the presence of other patrons awaiting pickup.
