How do I withdraw funds from the E-Wallet to my original payment method?

Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

To get money to your E-Wallet, please check the cancellation policy in your voucher, by clicking View Voucher.
