You may withdraw it to your original payment method free of charge or use it as credit for future bookings. Cancellation and refund to the original payment method is not available if requested less than 48 hours before the pick-up. Please sign in to your User Profile or register. In the Bookings section, find your active booking, click "Overview", and then Cancel. The funds will get added to your E-Wallet instantly. You will receive a "Your E-Wallet has been credited" email with a "How does it work?" section. Please follow the instructions.

My travel plans have changed, how can I cancel my booking?
