How I can get a refund of my cancelled booking?
After canceling your reservation you will receive an email entitled: “Your E-Wallet has been credited”. Open this email. On the bottom of the email you will see the clickable LINK - please click on it. Then press the button “Card refund”. You will receive a verification email. Click on “Confirm withdrawal”. If everything is correct - you will see a "Thank You!" on our main web page.
